Items are made-to-order, nothing in our shop is RTS (Ready to Ship), please have patience with us while we add your order to our order list & make our way to it. You may contact us to inquire what our current turn-around time is prior to placing your order.
If you need your item(s) by a specific date please contact us prior to ordering, there is a $5.00 "Rush Order" Fee we will add to your order that bumps your order to the top of our order list expediting the completion of it.
We ship First Class Mail via USPS to United States addresses only. We use delivery confirmation numbers for easy tracking of packages & to confirm receipt. We take extra care in packaging your items though we cannot be responsible for how the USPS handles packages & therefore some bows may need to be "fluffed" a bit once you receive them.

Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the fact that our items are custom made & worn in the hair, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please ask any/all questions prior to purchase....we are more than happy to provide you with any additional information to help you make your decision (measurements, additional pictures, etc.)
If you should receive a damaged item, you must inform me via e-mail within three days of receipt of your item to receive an exchange.
